ck4442 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be conducted using a payment account registered in your own name. ck4442 does not accept third-party payments. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the verified identity on your ck4442 account, the deposit may be held, the associated funds frozen, and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. ck4442 targets the following processing timelines, though these are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control including payment provider downtime, network issues, and Bangladesh Standard Time business hours:

• bKash and Nagad: Under 15 minutes during BST business hours
• Rocket and Upay: Under 30 minutes during BST business hours
• Bank transfer: 1 to 4 hours depending on the receiving bank
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days

ck4442 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ck4442's control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by your payment provider.

ck4442 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership, source of funds documentation, and enhanced identity verification. ck4442 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all ck4442 promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ck4442 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of players who have already claimed the promotion in good faith prior to any modification.

All bets placed on ck4442 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in which the bet is placed. Acceptance of bets: A bet is not confirmed until ck4442's system returns a confirmed bet receipt with a unique bet reference number. In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or platform error prior to bet confirmation, the bet will be treated as void and any staked amount returned to your account balance.

Errors and manifest mistakes: ck4442 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect price or under incorrect conditions resulting from a manifest error, including but not limited to typographical errors, system errors, or pricing feed failures. In such circumstances, ck4442 will notify affected players and return the staked amount to their account balance.

ck4442 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable time period following a request from ck4442.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or collusion.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by an individual under the age of 18.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the ck4442 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months with a zero balance, following reasonable notification.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, the player's funds will be held securely pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored. Where a breach is confirmed, ck4442 may forfeit some or all of the account balance in proportion to the nature and extent of the breach.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles generally applicable to online entertainment service agreements, giving due regard to the context of the Bangladesh market in which ck4442 operates.
